The Pousada Solar da Rede is an eighteenth century manor house situated on a 27 hectare estate in the middle of the Douro wine region, on the road from Mesão Frio to Régua. It has breathtaking views over the River Douro and offers visitors the chance to sample the reality of local vineyard life.

The Pousada Solar da Rede has 19 standard doubles and 2 luxurious rooms as well as 8 suites. All are well equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and an ensuite bathroom complete with hair dryer and bathrobes. The suites, luxurious rooms and some of the doubles also have a mini bar.
